Mary Frances Anders, the daughter of William Wallace and Myrtle Leona (Barton) Griffith was born October 17, 1929, in Rushville, Missouri. She attended Rushville High School, graduating in 1947.

On May 1, 1948, Mary was united in marriage to Harold Dean Anders at the courthouse in St. Joseph, Missouri. They became the parents of three children, Twila, Dale and William and made their home in Rushville until 1959, when they moved to Watson, Missouri. In 2011, they moved to Bellevue, Nebraska, where they lived to the present time.

Mary was a stay at home mom, raising and taking care of her three children. She was an active member of the Watson United Methodist Church and the Watson Ladies Aid. Mary passed away Friday, June 20, 2014, at Bellevue Medical Center, at the age of 84.

Besides her parents, Mary was preceded in death by daughter, Twila O’Loughlin; son, Dale Anders; great-granddaughter, Christina Auxier; four brothers; and three sisters. Survivors include husband, Harold, Bellevue; son, William Anders and wife, Sherry, Papillion, Nebraska; daughter-in-law, Cindy Anders, King City, Missouri; son-in-law, Michael O’Loughlin, Boulder City, Nevada; four grandsons, Brian, Mark and Brett Anders and Darren O’Loughlin; three granddaughters, Jennifer Auxier, Dana Funk and Mandy Zink; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service: 10:00 A.M., Thursday, June 26, 2014, Minter Funeral Chapel, Rock Port, Missouri.
Interment: 2:00 P.M., Thursday, St. Joseph Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Joseph, Missouri.
Open visitation will begin 9:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 25, 2014, Minter Funeral Chapel, Rock Port, where the family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 P.M. that evening.
