1944-2007

Janice Fay (Blair) Tudor, the daughter of Roy Lawrence and Verna Marie (Lawless) Blair was born on July 18, 1944 in St. Joseph, Missouri. She passed peacefully in Branson, on September 25th, 2007 at the age of 63 years after a courageous battle with lung cancer.

Janice worked in motel management most of her adult life; the most recent was in Branson. She enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church, Rock Port.

Survivors include her three sons; William John Potter and his wife Mikyong of Guntersville, Alabama, Roy Allen Potter of Independence, Missouri, and Russell Dale Potter and his wife Stacy of Belton Missouri; grandchildren, Terry and Joshua Potter of Guntersville, and Kimberly and Megan Potter of Belton; great grandchildren, Allison and Mckinsley Potter of Guntersville; sister Carolyn Malotte and her husband Charles of Rockaway Beach, Missouri, brother Gary Blair and his wife Kay of St. Joseph.

Besides her parents Jan was preceded in death by her husband of 17 years Allen Tudor, infant sister Sharon Kay Blair, and brother Larry Blair of St. Joseph.

Funeral Services: 2:00 pm Saturday, September 29, 2007, First Lutheran Church, Rock Port.
Burial: Hunter Cemetery, Rock Port
Memorials: Janice Tudor Memorial Fund.
The Family will receive friends at the First Lutheran Church from 1:00 – 1:45 pm prior to the service.
