Margaret Romell Campbell

Margaret Romell (Murry) Campbell, the daughter of Donald Rolla and Mary Elain (Perry) Murry was born on June 25, 1937, in Blanchard, Iowa. She attended school in Tarkio, Missouri.

On September 6, 1980, Romell was united in marriage to Edward Lynn Campbell in Las Vegas, Nevada. They resided in California and in Tarkio, Missouri. Romell was a homemaker. Lynn passed away May 29, 2003. Romell passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska, at the age of 73 years.

Romell attended the First Christian Church in Tarkio.

Besides her parents and husband, Romell was preceded in death by her nephew, Doug Hardy. Survivors include one daughter, Christina Jean Allen, Arkansas; two grandsons; two step-daughters, Peggy Lynn VanDerlip, Bellflower, California, and Sharon Kay Campbell, Arkansas; sister, Kay Hardy, and her husband, Eldon, Omaha, Nebraska; three brothers, Ronnie Murry, and his wife, May, Fairfax, Missouri, Donnie Murry, and his wife, Cheryl, Independence, Missouri, and Roger Murry, and his wife, Sheila, of Tarkio; numerous step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services: 1:00 p.m., Sunday, March 6, 2011, at Davis Funeral Home, Tarkio.
Interment: Home Cemetery, Tarkio.
Visitation: The family will receive friends from 5:00-6:00 p.m., Saturday, March 5, 2011, at Davis Funeral Home, Tarkio.
Memorials: Alpha Christian Children’s Home.
