Allen Richard McIntosh, the son of Orville Kenneth and Beryl Grace (Denny) McIntosh, was born February 22, 1955, in Fairfax, Missouri. Allen attended Tarkio High School, Tarkio, Missouri, graduating in 1973.

Although life took him in different directions in his later years, he carried with him the memory of the twins he and Martha lost at birth. Allen and Martha had three additional children Amy, Rachel, and Timothy.

In high school, Allen was employed by Dr. Espey a veterinarian office in Tarkio, Missouri.  Throughout his life Allen worked as a farm hand and over the road truck driver. He enjoyed attending tractor pulls. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and was always a prankster to his nephews. Allen passed away Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Redwood Manor, Bourbon, Missouri at the age of 70.

Besides his parents, Allen was preceded in death by sisters, Beverly Kay McIntosh, Melva Poston, Barbara Bryant and brother Eddie McIntosh. Survivors include children, Amy, Rachel, and Timothy, brother, Charles Harold McIntosh, Harker Heights, Texas and sister, Edna Chastain, Hamburg, Iowa; numerous nieces and nephews.

Private family inurnment will be held at a later date.

Memorials: Minter Funeral Chapel, Rock Port, for final expenses.
