Out of all my friends Phil was the one I could trust all the way… We had many memories of softball, golf and life in general…. He was steadfast in his beliefs and advice…I love you man…. Prayers for the family and all who loved him…

Oh Phil!! So much to say. he will be truly missed. Phil had a certain charm about him,he definitely spoke his mind, which scared me sometimes, only because I screwed up so many times in my younger years, he taught me so much by speaking his mind. He helped me through some of the hardest times in my life, all of the ups and downs, including hurricanes!! We also had so many good times, like Tom Petty's concert, what a blast!! May my good friend Phil rest in peace,God bless all of the family 🙏
