Agnes L. Rosenbohm

Agnes Lucille Kathaleen Rosenbohm, the daughter of Eilert and Josephine (Schierkolk) Cooper, was born October 20, 1913, in Langdon, Missouri. She attended Langdon country school through the eighth grade.

On October 20, 1937, Agnes was united in marriage to Herbert Eilert Rosenbohm. To this union, four children were born; Gene, Allen H., Syrena and Marvin. They made their home in the Rock Port, Missouri, area.

Agnes was a member of the St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Langdon, and the First Lutheran Church, Rock Port. Herbert passed away in 1972. Agnes passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at Pleasant View Nursing Home, Rock Port, at the age of 98.

Besides her parents and husband, Herbert, Agnes was preceded in death by grandson, Allen H. Rosenbohm, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Ellen Rosenbohm; son-in-law, Larry Schlup; brothers, Irvin Emmet and Richard Lynn Cooper; and sister, Melvina H. Cooper Richards.

Survivors include children, Gene E. Rosenbohm and wife, Mary, Noel, Missouri, Allen H. Services: 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 18, 2012, First Lutheran Church, Rock Port.
Interment: Hunter Cemetery, Rock Port.
The family will receive friends 10:00-11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 18, 2012, prior to the service, at First Lutheran Church, Rock Port.
