Alice Ann (Miller) Wilson, the daughter of Fred and Hazel (Anderson) Miller, Jr. was born in Pueblo, Colorado on June 18, 1948. The young couple brought baby Alice to Iowa where she was raised on the family farm. Alice spent many long hours on the tractor, putting up hay and helping with the family livestock. She graduated from Burlington Junction High School, Burlington Jct., Missouri.
After graduation, she attended Vatterott College and acquired her degree to pursue a job at C D Smith Drug Company in St. Joseph, Missouri, where she was in charge of prescriptions.
Alice was united in marriage to Jim Wilson on January 21, 1984 at her parent’s home in Watson, Missouri. They became the parents of one son, Nicholas James Wilson. During her lifetime, she provided home healthcare services and enjoyed taking care of many elderly patients. Alice thoroughly loved attending estate and garage sales. She collected antiques and also loved nature and tending her flowers and garden. Alice enjoyed family dinners and getting together at the holidays. Alice spent many hours watching the birds at the bird feeding station that Jim set up for her. Alice also enjoyed the wild raccoons that made regular visits to feed at the cat bowls on the back deck. Dialysis hours were spent working on needlework projects to give away as gifts to her many loved ones.

Survivors include her husband, Jim of Stewartsville; son, Nicholas Wilson, Cameron, Missouri; sisters, Connie (Wayne) Shandy, Rock Port, Missouri, Nancy (Danny) Lusk, Braddyville, Iowa along with nieces and nephews.
