Barbara (Halbert) Rocha, the daughter of Lewis and Rosell (James) Halbert was born February 29, 1944 in Red Oak, Iowa. She attended Red Oak High School, Red Oak.

In 1990, Barbara was united in marriage to William Rocha in Iowa. William passed away in July 2017. Barbara moved to Fairfax, Missouri in 2010 where she lived to the present time.

In 1980, Barbara was employed by Glenwood School District, Glenwood, Iowa as a personal aid. She loved and cared for mentally challenged adults. She retired in 2007.

Barbara passed away, Monday, November 9, 2020, Community Hospital-Fairfax, Fairfax, at the age of 76.

Besides her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by sister, Rose Marie Smith. Survivors include children, Traci Reid, Omaha, Nebraska and Todd Green, Omaha; grandchildren, Danielle Rocha, Omaha, and Damon (Leah) Ransom, Omaha; great granddaughter, Raiven Ransom, Omaha; numerous nieces and nephews.

There are no memorial services or visitation.

A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
