To Marjorie and the family: Marjorie, both you and Barney were/ are such people. I have known you for many years, and never tired of our conversations, whether it be about the Civil War and the Battle of Gettysberg, or of the oil fields and how you came to Tarkio. He was, and you are wonderful people, and I know he will be missed by all. It was my honor to have known him. There are a handful of people you meet in life that leave a lasting impression, Barney was one of those people.

Pat & Becky, Sorry I can't be at the services for your Dad on Monday, but wanted you to know I've been thinking about you since I heard about his passing. Especially on this Father's Day, I know you are missing him, but just remember how lucky you've been to have had him in your life these many years. You'll miss him every day, as I do Mom, but the happy times never leave you. Maybe I'll catch you over at the house some day--we'll get out the Barbie dolls and our bikes! Fondly, Linda
