Funeral Service: 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 14, 2020, Westboro United Methodist Church, Westboro, Missouri

Interment: High Prairie Cemetery, Elmo, Missouri

The family will receive friends 10:00 – 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 14th prior to the services at the Westboro United Methodist Church.

Memorials may be directed to United Methodist Women, Westboro, Missouri.

Dear Barnes family, We were so sad to hear about Carols passing. Hugs and prayers to all of you. I was fortunate to grow up in such a wonderful neighborhood!! I have fond memories of your mom and spending time there for piano lessons! As Carol got older and even when she was at the nursing home, I was always amazed at her memory- she always remembered who Jamie and I were and would ask about each of my girls. Sorry I was unable to attend the services today. I hope you find comfort in your faith, family and friends! Jamie and Melody Barnett Hadley, Bree, Jae and Alex

Carol was a very nice woman that helped when my mom, Charlene, was alive. My sincerest condolences to her family.

Carol was always a nice kind lady. She was friendly and caring to people. She was a special person. Sorry to the Barnes family for your loss.

To the Barnes family. Many of you knew the special bond Carol and i shared. She will be forever a part of my life. I loved her dearly. So sorry for your loss of her. She was a true blessing.
