So sorry to hear about your wife, mom, and friend. Was just talking about her the other day. She was such a sweet person always had that smile and so easy to talk to. She will be missed. Just cherish all the times you had together and she’ll always be with you. Such a good friend.

Mrs. Whipple was one of the best teachers out there. I was lucky enough to have her as one of my teachers. She had a big impact in everyone's life that was lucky enough to cross paths with her. Until we meet again Mrs. Whipple. Rest easy.

Mrs. Whipple was my favorite teacher, and she had the absolute best smile and laugh! My class was pretty ornery and she was always able to dish it right back to us! I have a lot of great memories of her, including the time she informed me, “Ms. Smith you cannot vote for President of the United States based on physical appearance!” She was so much more than a teacher. She cared for each of her students, and we all knew we could go to her with our problems, and our joys. My heart aches for John, Trevor, Dara and the rest of the family. I hope they find comfort in knowing she made an everlasting impact on so many lives, and she’s truly cherished by so many people! Prayers for comfort in the days, weeks, and months ahead, Danielle “Smith” Olberding - Hamburg Class of 2008

Few people in my life have had such a profound impact on the person I am today as Cheryl. I no doubt believe that I am just one of many people who could say the same. Mrs. Whipple was kind, cared deeply about her students and was someone I could always count on for good advice. I am luckily to have known her and she will be missed. Rest easy Mrs. Whipple and condolences to the family.
