Deborah Jean (Moore) Wilcox was born February 23, 1958 in Fairfax, Missouri to James F. and Imogene (Mutchler) Moore. She attended Fairfax R-3 School, graduating in 1976. After graduation, she attended Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri, where she met her husband, Ronald.

Debbie and Ronald were united in marriage January 19, 1980. To this marriage, three children were born; Joyanne, 17, Jonathan, 14 and Joshua, 12. Debbie was a devoted wife and mother. She passed away Friday, March 27, 2009 in Washington.

Debbie is preceded in death by her father, Jim Moore. She is survived by her mother, Imogene Moore; son, Jonathan Wilcox; sister, Diane Hicks and her husband, Dean; and nieces, Leasa and Lindsey Hicks, all of Tarkio, Missouri; daughter, Joyanne Wilcox and son, Joshua Wilcox, both of Yakima, Washington; sister, Jackie Moore and friend, Jim Schwartze, Glasgow, Missouri; as well as her husband and in-laws; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Celebration of Life Memorial Service:
10:00 am, Saturday, April 11, 2009 at United Methodist Church, Tarkio, Missouri.
There is no visitation.
A private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Home Cemetery, Tarkio.
