Diane Grace (Wiley) Witty, the daughter of Roy and Blanche Gertrude (Murry) Wiley was born on January 2, 1937, in Tarkio, Missouri. She attended school in Tarkio.

In 1953, Diane was united in marriage to William Freeman and they became the parents of five children, William, Kenneth, Gary, Terry and Karen. They were later divorced. Diane then married Raymond (Junior) Nixon and they became the parents of 1 child, Carol. They later divorced. On December 31, 1998, Diane was united in marriage to Ronald Witty. They made their home in Tarkio, where they lived until the present time. Diane passed away on December 1, 2011 at Bryan LGH Hospital, Lincoln, Nebraska, at the age of 74.

Diane loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was employed by The Hen House Restaurant in Rock Port, for twenty years as a waitress and by Northview Manor Nursing Home, Tarkio, for six years.

Besides her parents, Diane was preceded in death by brothers, Wilbur and Darrel Wiley and Larry Roberts. Survivors include, husband, Ronald Leighton Witty, Tarkio; children, William Keith Freeman, Tarkio, Kenneth Freeman, Hamilton, Missouri, Gary Freeman and wife, Elaine, Maryville, Missouri, Terry Freeman, Paris, Texas, Karen Armstrong, Pierre, South Dakota and Carol Mulvania and husband, Eric, Tarkio; twenty grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy Wiley, St. Joseph, Missouri, and Beanie and Jerry Roberts, Tarkio; sister, Linda Sue Riley, Springfield, Missouri; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services: 1:30 P.M, Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at Davis Funeral Home, Tarkio.
Interment: Home Cemetery, Tarkio.
There is no scheduled family visitation. Open visitation will begin 9:30 A.M., Monday, December 5, 2011 at Davis Funeral Home.
