Rest in peace Uncle Toby. I too have the fondest memories of great times as a child. Driving up Little Mountain in your Lincoln Continental full speed ahead and squealing with delight! I know you were met in heaven with your loved ones. Love your niece, Jackie.

Marilyn, Toby worried so much about what you would ever do without him. He took such good care of you. I just wish everyone would have known the Toby that Jim & I got to know. He could be a bit difficult at times but it never lasted and he would end up laughing about it with us. He had such a big and kind heart. We will miss sitting on your deck and visiting him. Be at peace knowing that he loved you and is still looking out for you from Heaven. I love you, CATHY (as Toby called me "The Cat")

I was so saddened to hear the news of my Uncle Toby's passing. The youngest of thirteen brothers and sisters, it's like the closing of an era. My heart goes out to his children and family members. I want to believe he was greeted at Heaven's gate by all his family who have passed before him, and they will all be together again. I won't be able to attend the service, but please know you all are on my mind and my prayers are with you. Sincerely, Linda (Mount) Leyden (Marvin Mount's daughter)

Our Uncle Toby was one of kind,he lived a eventful life. He came to California to make his fortune, but always longed and did return to his roots in Iowa and Missouri. The youngest of the Mount Boys and the baby of the family of 13. The last time I saw him, he reminded me so much of my own father Nevit Mount. My prayers are with his family, Children, and friends.
