Eva moved to Rock Port, Missouri, in March of 2012 to be closer to her niece, Connie Shandy, and her family. She won the district 2 level and went on to the state competition where she greatly enjoyed herself and the Elvis Impersonator who was featured there. Eva was an Elvis fan her entire life. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, putting jigsaw puzzles together, crocheting, and crafts of all kinds. Her newest hobby was going to her niece’s home to watch the birds and identifying them. Eva passed away unexpectedly Saturday, April 12, 2014, at the Community Hospital-Fairfax, Fairfax, Missouri, at the age of 68.
