Fay “Dude” Lane

1921 – 2022

Rock Port, Missouri

Fay “Dude” (Porter) Lane, was born October 15, 1921, in North West, Arkansas. The daughter of Zake and Lucy (Sebaum) Porter moved to North West, Missouri at a very young age. Grew up in the Rock Port and Watson area.

On January 30, 1941, Fay was united in marriage to Howard T. Lane. They farmed in the Rock Port area, moved into Rock Port in 1973. Fay was a member of the Rock Port Baptist Church, she enjoyed the church very much, also enjoyed fellowship with family and friends. They were very special to her.

Fay passed away, Friday, June 17, 2022, Pleasant View Nursing Home, Rock Port, at the age of 100.

Private memorial service and inurnment will be held at Linden Cemetery, Rock Port.

There is no visitation.
