"Mr. McIntosh" was my high school geometry (and other math courses) teacher. I give full credit to "Mr. McIntosh" and to that class and the "proofs" he had us do with teaching me how to think.

My memory or Roy (Pete) my be a little different than some of the rest of you as mine comes from playing many rounds of golf with him, Howard Wheatley, JF Prather, among others as I was growing up at Tarkio Golf Course. Pete was a great competitor and certainly hated to lose a dime or a quarter that we used to play for. We certainly had some great times and those are fantastic memories that I will carry for the rest of my life. I look back and reflect and gentlemen like Pete are certainly a reason why I became a teacher / coach and spent 40 years in education and coached golf for those 40 years. My sympathy goes out to Pete's family and our thoughts and prayers are with them all.

To Mr.McIntosh's family==so sorry to read of Mr McIntosh's passing. He is the last teacher who was with our class of 1960 all thru Tarkio High School. He was always invited and never missed attending our class gatherings over the years and he always remembered each one of us. I say this hoping his memories of each of us were good memories and not for some acting out some of us might have done in his classes). Due to covid 19 we were unable to have out 60 year gathering this year and postponed it to spring of 2021=he will be a topic of discussion at our next gathering on what a great teacher and wonderful person he was to us. Sincerely, Lloyd Weathermon 4739 S 70th St Lincoln, NE. 68516 402-484-7391=home 402-540-3529=cell Wl55947@windstream.net

My heartfelt condolences to the entire family. Dr. Roy and his family were a part of Tarkio for a long time. Dr. Roy was president of the Tarkio College while I attended there. My prayers and thoughts are with the family during this very difficult time. Joe Farley
