JACKIE MOORE

1965 – 2019

Glasgow, Missouri

Jackie Moore, the daughter of James F. and Imogene (Mutchler) Moore, was born August 24, 1965, Fairfax, Missouri.  She graduated from Fairfax High School, Fairfax, in 1983.

 

Jackie was united in marriage to Mark Smith on July 16, 1988.  They later divorced.  In 2004, Jackie met her true love, Jim Schwartze, in Glasgow, Missouri.  They have remained inseparable until her passing on Sunday, August 4, 2019, at Glasgow Garden Living Center.

 

Jackie was employed as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant in numerous nursing homes, caring for the elderly and handicapped.  She loved working with the residents, especially the children.  In 2014 Jackie was forced to retire.

 

Jackie loved to have fun! She went fishing and hunting and enjoyed going on rides with Jim.  She especially loved to ride her horse, “Cracker Jack”.  Jackie was a tender and kind person, who deeply loved children, and cared for others.

 

Besides her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by her sister, Deborah Wilcox.  Survivors include the love of her life, Jim Schwartze, Glasgow; sister, Diane (Dean) Hicks, Tarkio, Missouri; stepdaughter, Roxann (Roy) Kirby, Mt. Leonard, Missouri; granddaughter, Annabelle McKenzie; her classmates, Julie Koop, Susan Mattson, Janene McEnaney, Lisa Vayda and numerous nieces and nephews.

 

GRAVESIDE SERVICE AND INTERMENT: 10:00 AM, Friday, August 9, 2019,

Home Cemetery, Tarkio.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, Thursday, August 8th, Davis Funeral Home, Tarkio.

Memorials: Hometown Homecare-Hospice, Fayette, Missouri.
