Jan Wiese, the daughter of Merle Edward Richards and Fern M.L. Rubey, was born September 18, 1946 in Nebraska City, Nebraska. Jan attended Hillsboro High School, Hillsboro, Oregon, graduating in the early 1960s.

On September 18, 1993, Jan was united in marriage to Edward A. Wiese in Cleveland, Tennessee. They made their home throughout the country due to Ed’s work in construction.

Jan was a homemaker and enjoyed life. Jan passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021, in Lincoln, Nebraska, at the age of 74.

Besides her parents, Jan was preceded in death by son-in-law, Craig Albert Morris. Survivors include husband, Ed Wiese, Fairfax, Missouri; children, Traci Bennit-Morris, Shenandoah, Iowa and Jami (Tyler) Corriea-Babcock, Sacramento, California; grandchildren, Jay Ludington, Chelsea Fox, Emily Fox, Katie Morris, Cassidy Morris, and Fin Babcock; great grandchildren, Adrian, Ariana, and Tre Fox; siblings, Gerald (Sharon) Richards, Idaho and Jody (Jerry) Hayes, Hillsboro, Oregon.

Family and Friend Gathering: 1:00 P.M., January 25, 2021, Davis Funeral Home, Tarkio, Missouri.

There is no visitation.

Private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
