I definitely loved a good conversation with John as it was always a story or two about him growing up with my dad and the mischievous things they "may" have done. My wife Jessica later got to know John and was quickly to grow found of the stories as well. He will truly be missed but not forgotten.

John Phelps was the dad I never had. I am so sorry for his family, who I also consider MY family. I loved him and I love them all so much. I want to write more, but I'll end at that.

I am so sad for the loss of a dear brother-in-law. I will miss him greatly!

Linda, Lisa, Joni and family, I am so sorry to hear of John passing, but God needed another perfect angel in heaven John sure will be. I enjoyed our visits and being a good neighbor and was so good to Mom and Dad. I can imagine how you all heart is hurting. God heals the broken heart in time.
