Joyce, I was shocked to hear of Gene's death. I was hoping to visit you both when coming to Tarkio, but haven't been able to get there in a few years. I haven't gotten to know you well, but enjoyed meeting you a couple of times . Gene was a friend in high school and I remember the fun school trips when I was dating "Bug". Gene was a nice gentleman and I'm glad he had happiness with you. I'm so sorry for the loss to you and all the family.

It is with a heavy heart that I write. "Gene" and I were schoolmates since 5th grade in country school. Our parents were lifetime best friends and farm neighbors. I so wish I could be there, but my own health issues do not allow me to drive. Love and Peace to all his family and our many mutual friends. Dolores, aka "Whitey"

Dear Joyce and Family, The tide recedes, but leaves behind bright seashells on the sand. The sun goes down, but gentle warmth still lingers on the land. The music stops, but yet it echoes on in sweet refrain. For every life that passes, beautiful memories remain. With a deeply saddened heart, I send you loving gentle hugs, Barbara

I was so sorry to hear of Ken's passing. Our families lived near each other as we grew up, but I didn't get to know Ken until after we both returned to our home town in our later years. Ken was a very special gentleman and will be greatly missed. May God bless and comfort his loved ones in this difficult time.
