Lisa Ann Hamilton, the daughter of Alfred Joseph and June Elizabeth (Thompson) McGowan, was born March 21, 1966 in Omaha, Nebraska.  Lisa graduated from Tarkio High School, Tarkio, Missouri in 1984.

In 1984, Lisa was united in marriage to Bill Hamilton.  They made their home in Fairfax, Missouri and became the parents of two children, Elizabeth and Michael.  They were later divorced.  In the mid 2000’s Lisa entered a relationship with Nick Minino and they became the parents of one daughter Abby.  Nick and Abby survive at the home in Rock Port, Missouri.

Lisa was a hard worker who never missed a day.  During her lifetime, she was employed by Pleasant View Nursing Home, Rock Port, Tarkio Rehabilitation and Health Care, Tarkio, Con Agra, Hamburg, Iowa, and for 10 years was employed by Cargill Beef Plant in Nebraska City, Nebraska, where she was a Team Lead.  One of her toughest decisions was telling Cargill she could no longer work because of her health.

Lisa enjoyed spending time with her children, specifically taking them to the Rock Port Pool and to Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo.

Besides her parents, Lisa is preceded in death by one brother, Michael McGowan.  Survivors include, daughters, Elizabeth Hamilton, and Abigail Minino, both of Rock Port; son, Michael Hamilton, Tarkio; boyfriend of 16 years, Frank Nicholas Minino, Rock Port; four grandchildren, Gabriel and Tristan Struthers, Dakota Melton and Jessica Parsons; sisters, Michelle (William) McMahon, Clearwater, Florida and Dena (Richard) Thomason, Spring Hill, Florida.

There will be no memorial services or visitation at this time.

A Private family inurnment will be held at a later date.
