Although I didn't really know your Mother, I do know how devastating a loss it is. Since I'm not in touch with many people in RP since my Mom died, I didn't know she was ill or on Hospice, but went through that with mine and it's rough. Know that others are thinking of you and share your grief.

To the Gaines family: I have many fond memories of your mother. As you remember, the Fay clan lived next to you on water street. I remember your mother as the sweetest person. One memory is that when I was little and she would be out sitting on the front porch step, I would go over and visit with her. She probably wanted peace and quiet, but she would always make me feel like what I had to say was important. It is so hard to loose our parents, but know that others are thinking about you.

Trey, Gary and Barry: Our condolences on the passing of your mother. I have fond memories of her, especailly of her friendship with my mother. She always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. She will be missed. Dennis and Gayle Jones
