Lucile Ruth Johnson, the daughter of Ben and Rose (Bietz) Johnson, was born March 23, 1928 in Langdon, Missouri. She attended Lincoln Country School, near Langdon, graduating from Fairfax High School.

Lucile was very dedicated to her family, staying at home and helping care for her mother and brothers. She was a life-long member of the First Lutheran Church of Rock Port.

Besides her parents, Lucile is preceded in death by one sister, Rachel Neff and five brothers, Lewis Johnson, Ray Johnson, Bill Johnson, Richard Johnson and Carl Johnson.

Lucile is survived by two sisters, Irene Daniels, Independence, Missouri and Florence Leonard and her husband, Earl, Bonsall, California; and numerous nieces and nephews.
