Marjorie Irene Gibreal, 83, St. Joseph, Missouri, formerly of Fairfax, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph, after a brief illness. She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Gibreal, Atlanta, Georgia; sons Mark Gibreal, Branson, Missouri, and Steven Thompson, Wauneta, Nebraska; grandchildren Leslie and Kristy Thompson; several great grandchildren; sisters, Freda Faulkner, Florence, Arizona, Doris Wennihan and Betty Spratt, Tarkio, Missouri, Frances Kruger, Ft. Calhoun, Nebraska; brothers, Johnny and Leslie Thompson, Tucson, Arizona.

Memorial Service: 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 7, 2009, Davis Funeral Home, Tarkio. There is no visitation. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to C.A.R.E. of Atchison County, c/o Davis Funeral Home, 10th and Park, Tarkio, Missouri, 64491.
