Marsha Kae (Walters) Combs, the daughter of Gilbert and Helen (Wahliab)Walters, was born August 23, 1961 in Iowa City, Iowa. She grew up in Osceola, Iowa where she attended school. Marsha spent several years in Glenwood, Iowa, graduating high school in 1979 before returning to Osceola.

On July 23, 1993, Marsha was united in marriage to Darrell Combs at the Baptist Church in Shenandoah, Iowa. They lived a short time in Shenandoah before moving to Maryville, Missouri and later making their home in Tarkio, Missouri.

After a lengthy illness, Marsha passed away March 17, 2008 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph at the age of 46 years.

Besides her parents, Marsha is preceded in death by her grandparents John and Hazel Whitehead and Frank and Carrie Wahliab; father and mother in law, Archie and Pearl (Peregrine) Combs. Survivors include her husband Darrell of their home in Tarkio; brothers Randall Gilbert Walters, Creston, Iowa and Rodney Wayne Walters, Des Moines, Iowa, one sister, Tracy Lyne Rivers, Creston, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

1:30 pm, Friday, April 4, 2008,  Oak Hill Cemetery, Maryville, Missouri
