Kathy, Steve and rest of your family. so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was a great ambassador for the city of Tarkio. Always remember her being open & friendly when ever I saw her in Tarkio. She & her sister Mrs. Graf (they were always Mrs. Shepard & Mrs. Graf to me) were 2 of a kind - very gracious ladies. Be comforted knowing they are together again talking over the good old times they shared. Sincerely, Lloyd Weathermon

We so appreciated the effort involved in coming to Mom's funeral. I so wish I could be there, I think a lot of both of them. It is so hard to lose a parent, but maybe more difficult to see them unable to live the life they enjoyed. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

There was no better Grandfather!!!! He will be missed by so many for so many reasons. He touched each of us in quiet, powerful ways.

Mr. Bell knew my grandparents Ralph & Fern Bennington of Rock Port MO. I waited on him at the truck stop that he came and drank coffee at here in St. Joe. He was a wonderfully sweet man. I will miss him so very much. My heart goes out to the family.
