Judy and Lori, I am very sorry to hear of Ned’s passing. I love that you, Judy, and Ned trusted me to babysit Lori so often when she was tiny. I never knew what to do when your phone rang with a fire call. Lori, I know how it feels to lose your papa. I’m so sorry you are having to live with that pain now. May God comfort both of you.

Judy & Lori — The entire Culwell and Barnes family send their love and heartfelt condolences. We remember your Ned with such fondness—his sparkling eyes, his belly laugh that could make anyone’s day, and the complete adoration he had for his two favorite girls, which was evident in all he did. Our days at the Lake are especially dear memories, as he drove us around and provided hours of entertainment, laughter, and moments that will last a lifetime. I know your world has been changed forever, and I also hope you find comfort in the promise that you will be reunited someday. I am so sorry we will not be with you on Tuesday, but please know that our hearts and prayers are with you. With much love, Debbie, Steve, and the kids

Condolences to Judy and Lori, as well as other family members & friends of Ned's. Ned was my cousin & I have good memories of our family get-togethers at our Burke grandparents' home over the years. I also have fond memories of childhood visits with Anne at their home where I loved to ride her horse. Their mother, Louise, baked home=made bread and churned butter, which was the tastiest treat ever. Ned's dad, Paul, was a local sheriff whom some of his young nieces & nephews affectionately referred to as "Uncle Fuzz." Sharon
