Phyllis was in my brother C.D.,s (Carl) class, so she was a senior when I was a freshman at Tarkio High School. I went to several of her reunion parties through the years. It was always fun to talk to friends from other classes, as well as my own. I was very sad to hear of her passing. My best to her family.

Phyllis was a fun person to be around. She was one of the few women in the world that understood and appreciated my warped sense of humor. Most of the local people will remember her quote at a get-together at John & "Big El" Remick's house - " Is Miller still here?" The look on her face was priceless when I poked my head around the corner just a couple of feet away and verified "Miller's still here". Phyllis was truly a great lady.

Phyllis was kind and sweet woman. Met her through her daughter Nan and started grooming her sweet pup Millie. Grateful for having met her. We are very sorry to the whole family. We are thinking of you all and send our love and hugs. May your memories comfort you now and in the following days.

Phyllis always had a warm smile and great sense of humor. She was so generous with her home in hosting many Tarkio Indian reunions. In the years we grew up together in Tarkio she was always a kind and dear friend. She will be missed by me, as I write this it seems impossible she is gone. I hope we have some great conversations when I see her again in heaven. To Keith and her family, my condolences, you were blessed to have her in your lives.

so sad that we have lost a "TRUE TARKIO INDIAN FAN". Phyllis & Keith hosted many gatherings in their lovely home where anyone who attended or graduated from Tarkio High was welcome. Phyllis was a great host and went out of her way to make sure all who attended felt welcome. Phyllis always said I was her first boyfriend many years ago when she was an "8th grade cutie". She is really going to be missed by many. Sincerely, Lloyd weathermon 4739 s 70th St Lincoln, ne 68516 402-484-7391 HOME 402-540-3529 cell=I only turn on when I leave home. Wl55947@windstream.net
