Regina D. Garner, the daughter of Lester and Marion (Singleton) Bywater, was born August 21, 1964 in Fairfax, Missouri. She attended Avoca High School, Avoca, Iowa, graduating in 1983.

In 1985, Regina was united in marriage to Darrell Garner and became the parents of two sons, Eric and Travis. They traveled throughout the country but made their home in Phoenix, Arizona.

Regina was a homemaker, raising her two sons. She then was employed by USF Bestway, Scottsdale, Arizona and Central Arizona Freight, Phoenix, both trucking companies, where she worked in customer service. In July of 2018, the couple moved to Tarkio, Missouri.

Regina loved life! Regina enjoyed reading and fishing. She especially enjoyed writing and was currently working on a novel. Regina passed away Sunday, May 9, 2021 in Tarkio, Missouri, at the age of 56.

Regina is survived by husband, Darrell Garner, Tarkio; children, Eric (Kayleah) Garner, and Travis (Cally) Garner, both of Phoenix; parents, Lester and Marion Bywater, Avoca; numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
