I was sorry to learn of Robbie's passing. I remember him from when I was a young trooper in Unionville. I was able to see him a few times after I transferred to St. Joe before I retired. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I had occasion to meet Roy, or Robbie, as everyone called him when I was a teenager. His professionalism, dedication to law enforcement, and his personality made him a respected favorite of all the young people in our area. In fact he made such an impression on me that I ended up in a career in law enforcement. I can only hope I was half as good an officer as he.

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your loved one. Robbie was the Moberly Zone Sergeant for many years and I worked at Troop B Headquarters during that time and I retired in 2000. May he rest in peace.
