Sandra Marie (Sandy) Lawson, the daughter of Ora William and Marie Janett (Moody) Perry, was born November 5, 1969, in Fairfax, Missouri. She attended Rock Port High School, Rock Port, Missouri, graduating in 1988.

In 1990, Sandy was united in marriage to Farin Lawson in Rock Port and they became the proud parents of one daughter, Tayha. They later divorced.

Sandy was employed as a waitress at Trail’s End and as a dispatcher for Atchison County Emergency Management, both in Rock Port.

She attended and was baptized at the Church of Christ in Rock Port. Sandy passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017, at her home in Rock Port at the age of 47.

Sandy was preceded in death by father, Ora Perry. Survivors include daughter, Tayha Lawson (Jason Roush), Johnson, Nebraska; twin granddaughters, Ember and Leena Lawson, Johnson; mother, Marie Perry, Rock Port; two brothers, Jerry William Perry and wife, Louise, Rock Port, and Danny Perry and wife, Lita, Fairfax.

Graveside Service and Interment:
11:00 AM, Thursday, June 22, 2017, High Creek Cemetery, Watson, Missouri.
There is no visitation.
