I worked with Bill as an FBI Agent in the early '80s while I was stationed in Sioux Falls, SD and later in Jan. 1986 I was transferred from Detroit, MI to Sioux City to replace Bill who had transferred out West. Bill was a fine Agent and a good friend and we tried to keep in contact for a few years and lost track of each other.

Cheyanne, myself and the entire team at Adams Land & Livestock want to express our deepest condolences to the family of our dear friend Bill. Bill along with Don, Robyn, Ron, and Marian all have boarded their horses with us here at the Lower Palisades Ranch. We have had many great times with Bill and have riden many miles. We always enjoyed Bill's fun loving personality. Especially how he trained "Socks" to lay down on command.
