Sheryl and Family: So sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. He was my mentor, my teacher, and my friend. He remained so long after his retirement from the City of Independence where he gave me my first promotion. I will always remember Wayne and what he did for me. He was always so proud of his family and seemed especially proud of the grandsons. My sympathy is with you on his passing.
