Carol and family- I want you to know D.A. was one of my favorite patients, as well as one of my biggest professional challenges (quite literally). As gruff as he could be, I know he was a big softie, especially when it came to his kids. He spoke of you often and was so proud to be your dad. I hope you find comfort in knowing his suffering is over.
