I'm remembering Jake for so many contributions to the community. I remember running around his shop with Gavin up on the hill as a young boy having so much fun and staying out of trouble, NOT! Thank you for your military service during the Korean War and to the community you so dearly loved. Thank you for being a friend to my dad during his challenged years. Prayers and hugs from CA for you Betty and Cheryl. Remembering with you always.

Sorry to hear of Jake’s passing. Every time I saw him he had a warm welcome and a smile on his face. He was one of those people that you just thought would be around forever. Condolences to the family..

My sincere condolences to the McCall family. Growing up in a small town allows the opportunity to connect with people who can have an impact far beyond your childhood. The McCall's epitomize the very essence of the word family. Jake McCall may have been short in stature, but he stood "tall" in my eyes as a man, parent, and person every community needs to truly flourish.
