We want to express our shock and pain for the Frede family’s loss of Jason. There is no antidote for the profound grief from the premature loss of a cherished loved one. We wish for you to be sustained by the sweet memories of a short life well lived! Lyman and Jane Rate

Romans 8:18 “Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.” J-Love (Jason) sang “I’ll Fly Away” with me during my visit to Missouri and trek up the hill to lay his beloved mother to rest. We sang it together a few strides and then, kept sparring over another 5 to 6 songs as I laughed and he told me he was raised in gospel hymns! Will miss his zest for life and constant contact with his friends and family daily! Unbelievable to see a young man with the ability to get up and work on farm, then run several miles into town and back in hottest Midwest sun! Until, “I Fly Away” may you Rest In Peace and your family finds solace to cope with your Home-going. San Francisco Treat loved her little brother!

I am so sorry to hear of Jason's passing. I am Melissa Dion's cousin and met him a couple of times and always enjoyed his company. I remember taking my son on a college visit to Puru and Jason met up with us there to say hello. You are all in my prayers, Jason will truly be missed!

Was so sorry to hear of your loss. Jason was an intelligent and kind man who had so many interests. He will be missed as a library regular and as a friend.
