Wow...I'm still can't believe this could be possible. Jeff was the oldest of my cousins...unfortunately I hadn't seen him in years. One of my earliest memories of Jeff was running around with all the kids in the basement of Ferne's and Joe's house in rural Burlington chasing him with a guitar of all things. He was older and more mature than us kids, and we thought it was so cool he was playing with us. I hope his kids are always reminded what a good guy he was. My deepest sympathies.

So sorry to hear that Jeff has lost his battle with cancer. Have not seen him much since school but the last few years we would see each other when our kids played baseball against each other. Glad we had those times it was always nice to catch up with his life and hear about his kids. Rest in peace Jeff.

Jeff was such a kind polite man. Just watching him be a father was so wonderful. He showed his kids how much he loved them. He has left this community with a lot of fond memories.

To all of Jeff's family---I am so saddened to hear of Jeff's passing. I hope that he can now rest in peace and hope that you can all find comfort knowing he is no longer in pain. I went to high school with Jeff and Jodi and have many fond memories I keep of him. Snow sledding, proms, and hanging out at the car wash....There is a special place in my heart that he will hold forever. My condolences to all...

My thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time. Jeff was a wonderful father to his children and a great supporter of all activities in our community. He cared for every child not just his own and for that I thank him. He was a great friend to my family and will be missed. I pray for comfort for Holly and her children during this time. Although, I'm sure all who knew Jeff are grieving beyond belief right now and miss him terribly, thankfully time usually helps to ease that pain. At this time though comfort is definitely needed. I hope you can find comfort in such scriptures as Isaiah 66:13 which says: "Like a man whom his own mother keeps comforting, so I myself shall keep comforting you people." May the "God of all comfort" be with you and your family at this time. Please know our prayers are with you at this time. Pam
