Uncle John, You completed your mission. May God's perpetual light shine upon you and may He grant you eternal rest. You made us smile, you made us laugh, you brightened our lives. Thank you for being uniquely you and sharing your life with us all. My heart is heavy now, but I know you are in a much better place. You dreamed of being able to breathe again and walk and you are able to do that again freely and with ease. Pray for us.

JD was my brother Johnny's best friend. I have many memories of their escapades. One of my favorites was of them taking my toddler son for a ride in the car after dinner. He was their own personal 'girl magnet'. I would find them all sitting at the bottom of Main Street surrounded by girls. I knew JD the boy, I am sorry I never got to know John the man. My heart and prayers go out to Suzanne and Bonnie and their families.
