I'm so sorry to hear of Pat's death, and equally sorry we didn't stay in contact after college years. Pat was a groomsman in our wedding in 1967, and a great fraternity brother and friend at ISU. He was the real deal! Blessings to all that mourn his loss. Steve and Lynanne

Pat was a close friend and roommate in veterinary school. He was an all-around good guy and we are saddened by his passing. Our condolences to the family.
I was so sorry to hear that Pat passed away. I have known him ever since we were in 1st grade. In fact, I was know as "Patty" because he was there before me so the class already had a "Pat"! It has always been a pleasure and honor to call Pat my friend. He was defintely a leader in our class and someone everyone respected. We had some pleasant visits in recent years. I will miss him.

I am so sorry to hear that Pat passed away. He was my best friend at Iowa State. He used to haul me back to Ames from southwest Iowa when I had no transportation. We were pledge brothers together at FarmHouse and had some great times together. I had lost track of him over the last few years. He had quit sending me letters about how badly the Cyclones were going to beat the Hawkeyes. That doesn't mean that I hadn't thought of him often. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Gordon

We all remember the morning sports announcement during joys and concerns. Our prayers are with you all during this time of sadnes, but know that God is walking with Pat, and what a wonderful talk they must be having. Members of the First Christian Church, Guthrie Center.

I was sorry to hear of Pat's death. He was my Dad,Gail Purdy, vet. when Pat practiced here. He and Jerry Palmer,Rev always bantered back and forth about ISU and UNI at church--we loved that! Our daughter Ronda cleaned his house after school for and a couple years. He taughter her more than about house cleaning--he taughter that dignity exists with in those that are physically disabled. I can just hear Rev and Doc ribbing each other with my Dad,(who they called Pa)joining. Peace, Kristi

Jeremy, Erin and Sherry: Though I did not know Pat as well as I know the three of you, I did see the love you all shared and I know you will miss him and continue to treasure him always.
Erin and Jeremy - I have good memories of fun times with your family when we would get together at Bob & Delores Glenn's farm. Erin Mud Puddle is how Jeremy had taught Erin to introduce herself at an early age. I am sure you both were blessed with the Glenn good looks and sense of humor! Our sympathies are with you in the loss of your dad!
I am so sorry to hear that Pat has died. I went to school at Hamburg and played football against Pat and was at Iowa State when he was attending there. We sit beside each other in an American History class at Iowa State. Pat was an outstanding student in that very tough vet program at ISU. He was also a very tough high school football player. I had lost track of him until 2004 when I talked with him at the Assisted Living Ctr in Nebraska City. We had a good chat, catching up on our past 40 years
The entire Glenn family, especially Jeremy and Erin, have our most heartfelt condolences. Your father is and will be most fondly remembered. Our prayers are for you, Jennifer Christensen Emily Singh Amanda Waltz

We are very sorry to hear about Pat's passing. I will always remember Pat as a model cousin who excelled in school and in life and was so unfortunately derailed by a tragic accident. I will also always remember Pat as a participant in a Hamburg vs. Sidney football game played in an unrelenting downpour at the rodeo arena in Sidney. Must have been around 1Gary Wayne (Choc) Armstrong or so. If I recall, it ended in a zero to zero tie in those hopeless conditions. Our love to the Glenn & Nennemann family.

Kids I will always remember your father not only as my vet but a great member of our church and my heart goes out to you. Every time I drive by your old house I think of you kids growing up and going to school at GC and remembering things you did growing up, something you want to forget doing Calvert
