I met Lois when she was a volunteer at EPS Crisis Pregnancy Center and was drawn to her upbeat personality. And I was always amazed that she could continue to be so upbeat despite her many health problems. Lois was always interested in others and skillfully directed conversation away from her ills. My sincere sympathy to all her family.

Lois was a special lady and always treated me like her daughter. I am sorry I haven't seen her in many years. I rode her and Toad's horse, Ranger, for several years and they were good friends to my parents. I'll always remember Lois and all her shoes.

In spite of many health trials, Lois was always upbeat and positive with a smile on her face. I, along with her many Omaha friends, will miss her very much. My condolences to the family.

Very sincere sympathy from my husband George and me to all of Lois's relatives and friends. She was a dear friend and dedicated volunteer at EPS and will surely be missed by all who knew her in Omaha.
