We seem to be living in a world in which being a “good neighbor is often minimized into a cliche or an advertisement. One of the most powerful relationships referenced in the Bible centers on the word “neighbor.” It’s meaning simply refers to someone who is near and dwells in relation to you. Marie Proctor (and Steve) became so much more than the “people next door” to my family over the last 20 years. Our bond only grew stronger through our connection with Melissa, Lydia, Anthony, and Jet. The Proctors’ gave us Gods’ greatest gifts; time,,love, and fellowship. Marie, you will be truly missed. But rest in certainty, the impact you made on our lives will prevail as surely as the sun rises. God Bless
