Dear Shepards, I am saddened for you. We kids are almost the old generation. I just retired & moved to St. Joe & wish I could attend the funeral, but cannot at this time. I remember Marge in so many ways...swimming lessons, horses, knitting beautiful sweaters, etc., etc.! I know she was a great MOM & I know you will miss her. She was special! Thinking of all of you, Nancy

Marcy and I want to extend our condolences to the Sheppard Family for the loss of your Dear Mother. Growing up in Tarkio in the days we did, it's a blessing to look back now and realize how many great "parents" we had besides our own.

Thinking of Marge takes me back to my growing-up years! What a gracious lady, always smiling and friendly and welcoming. I especially remember her at the pool and always at church functions...time passes too quickly. She will be missed, and remembered by all of us fondly. May you cherish those memories. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

It greatly saddens us that we were unable to attend Marge's funeral. She and Chuck made us feel like we were part of the Sheppard family. I thank God that he put them in our lives and I look forward to being neighbors once again in heaven.

Dear Ones, It's so hard to give up a "LOVED ONE" but we do have the assurance that there will be a grand reunion in Heaven. We feel very fortunate to have shared "Special" times and family, topping the list is your daughter, Dianne, those four terrific granddaughters and our Great Grandson. God will wrap His arms around you and give you comfort. Love, Bert & Bess

If we had it all to live over again, we would pick this wonderful lady to be our friend, our guide, our mentor throughout our growing years. She touched our lives and influenced not only us but the children who followed.

In our times of loss, we can sometimes find ourselves overwhelmed with feelings of confusion and sorrow. Hopelessness and despair may well up in our hearts, and it can seem as though comfort is beyond our reach, but as Jesus Christ tells us, Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. (Matthew 5:4) With our prayers, Bill and Suzanne Bell
