Did you ever know that you’re my hero? And everything I wish I could be? I can fly higher than an eagle. You are the wind beneath my wings.

Pat was a sweet lady and will be missed. I remember when she worked with Mom at CBT and I loved watching her use the adding machine, she was faster than anyone I ever saw. I received monthly calls about hospital auxiliary and always enjoyed visiting with her on the phone. Even though I haven’t seen her for awhile, I still remember her sweet smile. She was loved on earth and also in God’s presence!

My sincere condolences to the Walker Family.I knew of Pat from my childhood, but I really began to know her as a person the last few years. We had many conversations covering a variety of topics. The constant with all those meetings was her absolute positive outlook, caring attitude, and infectious smile. One of my favorite moments was talking to her at the park. She was reading a book under the shade of a tree. I was taking my boys and my grandson for a golf cart ride and stopped to chat. She asked about the boys and spoke to each one of them as if they were her own.I will always remember her for her womanly grace, her attentiveness to other’s needs, and passion for life. Patricia Ann Walker exemplified the very essence of what a Christian,a wife,a mother,a friend, and a neighbor should be.
