I am sorry to hear about Dean's death. He was a year older than I and he represented much of what I remember about Missouri. I used to enjoy the cousins and especially Dean. The last time I saw him was at Uncle Henry's funeral. I send sincere condolences. George

Dean was a year ahead of me in high school. We had study hall together on several occasions and got to be friends during this time. He was always quiet and polite. Sincerely, Lloyd Weathermon

On the few occasions that my mother would let me go to North Polk before I was old enough, Mrs. Moody (my all time favorite teacher) would assign Dean to take care of me. He became a mentor and a hero for a little boy. I am sorry for your families loss.

So sorry for your loss. I was a childhood neighbor, who lived a couple of miles "down the road." My siblings and I rode the school bus with Dean when he would go to Tarkio School. He was a great kid.
