My condolences to Scott's family... I have missed Scott over the past several years. I know Scott from employment at Cooper since 1984. I knew him to be a man of integrity; he was a gentle and kind soul. He mentored me while assigned to the Engineering Department; he was technically savvy and most generous with his time. May the angels lead Scott into paradise! Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.

I am very saddened by the loss of my good friend Scott. I attended Tioga High School with Scott and have many fond memories of playing football, experiencing our first cars and motorcycles together and much more that still make me smile when I reflect back. May Scott's family and friends also find a sense of peace when remembering the precious times with Scott and I hope this will help everyone get through the more difficult days ahead. Prayers and thoughts to the Freborg family.

So sorry to hear, I remember when Scott came to work at Cooper, I and my husband retired from Cooper in 1996, I worked in the Maintenance Planning or WIT or WITs END office back then as it was referred to. He was very quiet, knowledgeable, and I had great admiration for him. Sorry to hear of his passing.

Please accept my sincerest condolences. Scott is a great leader, peer, and friend. It is a pleasure to say we worked together. Scott had a very calm approach to high stress work and was a great team leader. We have missed him since he left Cooper Nuclear Station and are saddened by his untimely death.
