Scott William Driskell, the son of William Ace and Kathryn Elaine (Wolf) Driskell, was born December 30, 1967, in Fairfax, Missouri. He attended Rock Port High School, Rock Port, Missouri, graduating in 1986.

On March 21, 1987, Scott was united in marriage to Shellee Millsap at the First Baptist Church, Tarkio, Missouri. They became the parents of two children, Kyle and Brittany, and made their home in Rock Port until the present time.

Throughout high school, Scott worked in the meat department at Jack and Jill Grocery. He always aspired to work at Cooper Nuclear Station in Brownville, Nebraska, and in 1989, he proudly achieved that goal, beginning his career as a Security Officer. Over the years, Scott held many roles in security, each of which he took great pride in. In 1998, he served as an Alarm Station Specialist, and in 2005, he was promoted to Security Shift Field Supervisor (LT). From 2008 until the present, Scott worked as a Nuclear Security Service Specialist.

Scott was deeply committed to providing for his family. In addition to his work at Cooper Nuclear Station, he took on many side jobs to “put shoes on their feet,” as he would tell his children. He mowed yards, installed carpet with Bob Taylor, bought, renovated, and sold homes, and owned rental properties and storage units. Through it all, Scott never missed the moments that mattered most with his family.

In his free time, Scott enjoyed many hobbies. Alongside his son-in-law, Kory, he helped build the home where Brittany and Kory now live. He and Kyle built the shop together at “The Ranch.” As a family, they spent countless days at “The Ranch” camping, riding four-wheelers, having bonfires, and simply enjoying time together. Scott loved going out there to sit and relax, and he cherished visiting with anyone who stopped by. His greatest joy of all was spending time with his grandchildren and attending their events. He loved playing pranks on them, teaching them his tricks, and doing just about anything they asked.

Scott passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2026, in Omaha, Nebraska, at the age of 58. He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Driskell; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack (Betty) Millsap; niece, Devin Faith Millsap. Survivors include his soulmate, Shellee Driskell, Rock Port; children Kyle (Carrie) Driskell, and Brittany (Kory) Paris, both of Rock Port; grandchildren, Cali, Jacoby, Kambrie and Ryker Driskell, Ryan (Caimbre) Paris, Brownville, Nebraska, Oliver and Lena Paris, Rock Port; great grandson, Kolt Paris, Brownville, Nebraska; siblings, Sue Driskell, Rock Port, and Cindy (Larry) Byfield, Auburn, Nebraska; mother, Elaine Driskell, Osceola, Iowa; sisters and brothers-in-law, Miranda Thomas, Mark Thomas, both of St. Louis, Missouri, and Chris (Sarah) Millsap, Rock Port; best friend, Kenny Bemberger, Rock Port; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
