Scott was truly a great man with a kind heart and a contagious smile. He was a wonderful neighbor to my mother and a good friend to me. I genuinely enjoyed reconnecting with him and reminiscing while sitting on the front porch “up on the hill,” as he would say. He will be deeply missed. My heartfelt condolences to his family.
