I lived in Manassas and knew the family well. So sad to hear of her passing. She was always so sweet and nice to me.

Shirley was a strong, loving mom and grandmother. She was always providing whatever the Sloop boys needed and was there to support them in every way. She was a great person! RIP Shirley!
