I still remember the first time I met Thelma, her and her partner in crime Elsie Faye decided they needed to give the new Police Chief the once over and have me pay for their lunch at Subway.. Such a nice lady she will be missed. Jason Liechti Chief of Police 2005-2008

God's gentle grace to the Thelma Woolsey family. What a dear lady that always cared about her family and Tarkio friends. Thelma was a sweet and delightful lady. All that knew her will truly miss her. Darlene & Kenny

Thelma was the first and kindest person to welcome me on my first Sunday as musician @ Tarkio United Methodist Church. She remained a jovial friend and encouraging ally during my years in Tarkio. Thelma and her trusty red Jeep are partnered in my memory for all time. Heaven's gates have welcomed a sweet soul home.

Thelma was such an outgoing person, always concerned about the welfare of others. She was and still is one of those members of the Grand Old Citizens of Tarkio. Not many left. I will miss her.
